  • Created and executed test cases for multi million dollar project staff management system implemented in Dynamics 365.

Software Quality Engineer Herndon, VA

  • As a QA specialist I work closely with software engineers and business analysts in an Agile team to improve quality by both creating and executing tests as well as improving team processes based on business requirements.
  • Designed and tracked test plans, scenarios, scripts and bugs using white, black box, regression and exploratory testing methods to assure quality.
  • Created a PowerBI dashboard to provide at a glance updates for issues in production.
